All photographs, videos, drone imagery, floor plans, virtual tours, and other media created by Great Lakes Aerial Video Services remain the exclusive property and copyrighted work of Great Lakes Aerial Video Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to use any media produced for marketing, advertising, portfolio displays, social media, website content, competitions, and promotional purposes.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for its intended purpose.

Approved uses include:

• MLS listings
• Real estate marketing
• Personal websites
• Social media marketing
• Printed marketing materials related to the specific property

For real estate agents and brokers, this license is valid only while the property is actively listed by the purchasing agent or brokerage.

The license automatically expires if:

• The property is sold
• The listing expires or is canceled
• The listing is transferred to another agent or brokerage

Media may not be sold, transferred, shared, licensed, gifted, or distributed to any third party without written permission from Great Lakes Aerial Video Services.

Unauthorized use may result in licensing fees and damages of up to ten (10) times the original service fee.

• News or media broadcasts

Commercial use outside of standard real estate marketing requires a separate commercial licensing agreement.

Examples include:

• Builder marketing
• Developer advertising
• Corporate marketing
• Product advertising
• Commercial property promotions
• Television or broadcast advertising

Commercial copyright ownership remains with Great Lakes Aerial Video Services unless specifically transferred through a written agreement.

Payment is due upon delivery of the completed media package unless prior arrangements have been made.

Until payment has been received in full:

• No license is granted
• Media may not be published
• Media may not be uploaded to MLS
• Media may not be used in advertising or marketing materials

Unauthorized use prior to payment constitutes copyright infringement.

All properties are photographed and filmed "AS IS."

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared before the scheduled appointment.

Property preparation may include:

• Cleaning
• Decluttering
• Staging
• Lawn maintenance
• Removal of vehicles
• Removal of construction materials
• Securing pets

Our photographers and drone pilots are not responsible for:

• Cleaning
• Organizing
• Staging
• Rearranging furniture
• Moving personal belongings
• Performing repairs

Digital object removal, virtual cleanup, and advanced photo editing are available for an additional fee starting at $25 per image. Video alterations may incur additional editing charges.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

If the photographer arrives and the property is not ready for photography or videography, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Additional fees may be charged if photographers or drone pilots are delayed due to:

• Property not being ready
• Ongoing construction or maintenance work
• Excessive staging requests
• Restricted access to the property

Agents and property owners are encouraged to arrive prior to the appointment to verify that the property is photo-ready. Please arrive earlier to make sure the property is ready to be photographed.

For the best results:

• Remove vehicles from driveways
• Complete all cleaning and staging beforehand
• Avoid scheduling contractors, cleaners, movers, or service personnel during the appointment
• Ensure all areas to be photographed are accessible

Our team is scheduled for a specific amount of time at each property. Extended time on-site due to client delays may result in additional charges.

Typical delivery times are:

• Photography: Within 24 hours
• Video Production: 24–48 hours
• Floor Plans and Other Services: Vary by package

All photography and videography services must be scheduled directly through Great Lakes Aerial Video Services.

Clients may not independently hire, solicit, or contract with photographers, videographers, editors, or drone pilots introduced through our company.

Completed projects are archived for up to one (1) year from the delivery date.

Clients are strongly encouraged to download and securely store all delivered media immediately upon receipt.

Great Lakes Aerial Video Services is not responsible for files deleted after the one-year retention period.

By scheduling services, receiving media, making payment, or using any media produced by Great Lakes Aerial Video Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined herein.
