Great Lakes Aerial Video Services: Terms of Use for Photos and Videos

1. **Ownership and Copyright**  

   Great Lakes Aerial Video Services retains the copyright to all photos and videos produced. We reserve the right to use these materials for any promotional purposes.

2. **Client Usage Rights**  

   Upon payment for the finished product, the client is granted a single-use, non-transferable, non-exclusive image license. This license allows clients to use the photos/videos for:

   - MLS listings

   - Social media

   - Website content

   For real estate agents, this license is valid for the duration of the property listing and automatically expires when:

   - The property is sold

   - The listing is assigned to another agent

   - The listing is canceled

   Clients may not sell, loan, or distribute our photos/videos to any third party. Any violation will result in a fee up to 10 times the original package price.

3. **Credit Requirement**  

   It is mandatory to credit Great Lakes Aerial Video Services on all social media posts and printed materials that feature our photos/videos.

4. **Commercial Usage**  

   For commercial uses, the copyright remains with Great Lakes Aerial Video Services unless a commercial copyright license is purchased. If a commercial license is not obtained, clients can still use the materials but must credit our company in all social media, print, or advertisement content.

5. **Media Usage**  

   When using our photos/videos for print publications, news, or TV media, the name of Great Lakes Aerial Video Services must be credited.

6. **Payment Requirement**  

   Clients who do not complete payment for photos/videos will be prohibited from using these materials in any form (MLS listings, social media, websites, or advertisements).

7. **Higher Resolution Prints**  

   If our photos are intended for printing, please notify us in advance so we can capture images at a higher resolution.

8. **Photography Session Protocol**  

   All photography needs to be coordinated through Great Lakes Aerial Video Services. Independent solicitation of our photographers is strictly prohibited.

9. **Property Preparation**  

   All photos are taken AS IS. Clients must ensure that the property is ready for photography. Checklists for property preparation are available on our website.

10. **Cancellation Policy**  

    - A cancellation fee of $25 applies if a photographer is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

    - A fee of $50 will be charged if a cancellation occurs upon the photographer's arrival due to the property not being ready.

11. **Agent Presence**  

    It is recommended that agents arrive at the property one hour prior to the scheduled photography session to ensure that the home is adequately prepared. Our photographers are focused solely on capturing images and will not be involved in staging, moving, or cleaning the property.
