Great Lakes Aerial Video Services retains the copywrites to all photos and videos. We retain the right to use them for any and all promotional purposes. 

After the client has paid for the finished product they may use the pictures/video for their MLS listing, social media, and website. You purchase a single use, non transferable, non-exclusive image license.  For real estate agents this is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold, assigned to another agent, or cancelled.  You may not sell, loan, or give our photos or videos to any other party. If so, you will be charged the license fee which can be up to 10x of your original package price. Our company must be credited on all social media posts and print that include our photos/video. 

 For commercial usage, we still own the rights unless you purchase a commercial copywrite license from us and are charged commercial rates for your photo session. If you choose not to purchase a commercial copywrite license, you can still use the photos/video but you must credit our company on all social media, print or advertisements.

 If our pictures/videos are being used for printed publication, news or tv media, the name of Great Lakes Aerial Video Services must be credited.  If a client fails to pay for the pictures/video they can not use them on their MSL listing, social media, website, or advertise with our pictures/video in any way.

If the photo's are being used for printing purposes, please notify us as we will shoot at a higher resolution.

Our photographers are a member of our team and all photography needs to go through Great Lakes Aerial Video Services. Please do not solicit them.

All photos are shot AS IS so please make sure your client has their home ready to be photographed. We have client checklists available here on our website.

Cancellation fee for photographer less then 24 hours notice is $25 and cancellation upon arrival is $50 if the home is not ready to be photographed.

It is suggested that the agent be at the photography session 1 hour prior to our photographers arrival time in order to make sure the home is ready.  Our photographers are there to take professional photos and do not move, stage or clean .

Our photographers are on a very tight schedule and are scheduled a specific amount of time per location. If you feel you need more time with our photographer please schedule it that way (additional rates will apply). If the home is not ready upon arrival we will have to reschedule and a $50 fee will apply.
